Description of Records Requested: I request a Police Report filed today, #2020-20004308 At 14:30, 01-08-20 today SPD identified officer Katie entered report #2020-20004308 regarding improper conduct and harassment to intimidate me by Huckleberrys S. 926 Monroe manager Josh Davidson at 14:02 (2:02 PM) Josh Davidson Huckleberries harassment/mobbing Davidson prior to 14:00 posed himself as a female employee, Savannah, at the handicap designated aisle, as evident in the transaction receipt photographs attached. His behavior was very inappropriate in not allotting me enough space at the counter, as an arm amputee, to make a routine cash transaction requiring me to pull out the dollar bills while he nudged to put the purchases on the counter for monetary transactions, the products are to be placed on the counter below, not where a handicap person rests their elbow while using only one arm. Davidson then left the cash register and blocked my access to my automobile parked for extra space for myself as a handicapped person. Instead of going to ACE Hardware for an errand I feared for my safety and called 911, and was contacted later by Katie, who took the report. Before going to the Air Base tomorrow I stopped later at the same handicap parking utilized by both Huckleberrys and ACE Hardware, and walked without obstacles using the sidewalk to ACE Hardware to compare prices on over-sized barn bulbs. At 16:15 as I returned on the same sidewalk to the handicap state parking Josh Davidson exited Huckleberrys and accosted me again, a spine injury and left arm amputee, as I was using crosswalk to my vehicle legally parked in the handicap spot and I informed him that I had a police report on him. I felt intimidated as if he was seeking reprisal for my having filed an Americans' with Disabilities Act case against his employer, URM, owners of Huckleberrys and Rosauers in the neighborhood. I am not at all satisfied with Spokane and Eastern Washington justice systems. Exposing systemic ADA and antiSemitism violations. 

I am a former Department of Defense overseas contracted book-keeper with a spinal injury and a left arm amputation incurred while on-duty in Germany, at times requiring a walking cane and even a wheel chair. At 13:10 approximately I went to Chaps and I had to stand in line for OVER ten minutes today at a croissant (cornetto) bakery, Chaps, while holding one gallon of MLK, as a floor waiter finally accommodated me and placed me at the head of the line for a croissant (cornetto) and obviously to go. He seemed like he was instructed to patronize me, insinuating that my statement "I'm obviously only here for an order to go", was harassing him, though I obviously was not properly dressed, in a "scruffy outfit", to be seated at their restaurant section, and obviously had just stopped at the bakery for a to go order after shopping for a gallon of milk. Chaps needs a table waiting line and a separate to-go line and needs to provide thorough workshop training on overcoming stereotypes, and consider replacing its all male (cornetto) chauvinist able bodied narcissistic waiter staff with waitresses.

Having taught as a professorial assistant Media Ethics and Law in journalism at WSU after the earlier incident at approximately 13:20 I returned no longer "scruffy" and "tattered" at 15:30 and in a dress and contact lenses, with my long hair down, and received excellent service since I did not resemble the earlier photo image - though I found the male cashier harassing in greeting me with "Ho" and pointing towards my face a twisted wet rag - as if using it as a phallic symbol for a blow job - thus as a self-corrective pedagogical service for your staff at Chaps to stop the antiSemitic femminicidal ADA violations.
